The taste is best described as exotic, with layers of peach, apricot nectar, green melon and pear, overlaid with subtle notes of citrus zest and spicy vanilla. A rich, round mouth-feel supported by fresh acidity, brings the complexity of this wine into balance.

    Chile 5-4-5-C - This hand harvested, 100% Sauvignon Blanc is picked from 2 parcels of a single vineyard. The wine is stainless steel fermented and aged. It shows notes of lime, clementine, orange peel, and sweet pea with an underlying mineral backbone of flint and dust. White flowers on the nose, soft and supple on the mid-palate, from generous lees stirring, and a refreshing crisp finish.

A clean and pure expression of Chardonnay fruit.

Soft on the entry, flavors of dark cherry and mocha dominate undertones of cinnamon gingerbread. It's hard to say no to this seductive Pinot Noir. Pair with blackened salmon, duck or French rack of lamb.

    France 5-6-6-F/C Deep red wine with purple tints. The nose is intense and full with suggestions of blackberry fruit and spices. The spicy element is also apparent to taste, complementing the red fruit character of this full, lively wine which has a long tasty finish. Delicious with Mediterranean cuisine, cheeses and grilled or roast meats. Serve at cool room temperature. It will cellar for up to 2 years.

Robust and full-bodied with excellent weight in the mid-palate, this complex wine leaves a lasting impression with a smooth, round and full finish.
  • Josh Cabernet Sauvignon

    5-6-6-F/C Aromas of rich, dark fruits and baking spices on the nose, which yield fresh plum and blackberry fruit, violet, dried fig, vanilla bean and Chinese Five-Spice. The wine is juicy with plum and blackberry flavors prominent, layered with smoky and sappy maple wood, roasted almonds and hazelnuts that finishes long with fine, firm tannins.
