This certified biodynamic and certified organic bottling from the Pfalz region of Germany features a tangy, mouth-watering blend of Riesling, Scheurebe and Sauvignon Blanc. You'll see a delicate, perfumed palate here teeming with bright pineapple, green apple and citrus flavors, set alongside fresh, racy acidity. Fermented with wild yeasts, this was aged in a combination of stainless steel and old wood barrels.
